The RetroTector (ReTe, formerly RetroSpector) is designed to identify and characterize entire or fragmented endogenous retroviruses (ERVs) in genomic material, in a fashion robust to mutations and with considerable flexibility.

RetroTectorviewer, a double-clickable Java program, views RetroTector result contents.
