SecureGenome 1.0
:: DESCRIPTION
SecureGenome program can be used to choose a set of exposed SNPs so that the ability to detect the presence of individual genotypes in the pooled summary data – as measured by the power of any possible statistical test – remains limited. SecureGenome determines a set of highly-ranked SNPs that can be safely released while the power of any method for detecting individual genotypes is guaranteed to remain below the specified power at the specified false positive rate.
