:: DESCRIPTION

VEMS (Virtual Expert Mass Spectrometris) is a program for analysis of MS-based proteomics data. The current version can process raw data, perform database dependent searches, analysis iTRAQ, Mass tag, SILAC, and 18O labelled samples. The Mascot importer now uses dta files directly making it very easy to use Mascot for searching and VEMS for quantitation.
