MODAS (MODular Approach to Structural class prediciton) server is designed to predict a structural class of a protein based on a protein sequence. Modular design allows the user to select any subset of the classes for a given predictions. The prediction consider up to 7 types of structural classes from SCOP database. The classes include all-α,all-β,α/β, α+β, membrane, multi domain (α and β), and small proteins.
