SeqExpress is a comprehensive analysis and visualisation package for gene expression experiments. GO is used to assign functional enrichment scores to clusters, using a combination of specially developed techniques and general statistical methods. These results can be explored using the in built ontology browsing tool or through the generated web pages. SeqExpress also supports numerous data transformation, projection, visualisation, file export/import, searching, integration (with R), and clustering options.

CardioLab costs less than a single dog or cat, yet can be used repeatedly to simulate chart recorder outputs of experiments on anesthetised (normal or reserpinised) animals and pithed animals. The simulated heart rate and blood pressure traces appear on screen and can be printed out.

:: DESCRIPTION

JAMIE (Joint Analysis of Multiple IP Experiments) is a R package to perform the joint analysis. The genome is assumed to consist of background and potential binding regions (PBRs). PBRs have context-dependent probabilities to become bona fide binding sites in individual datasets. This model captures the correlation among datasets, which provides basis for sharing information across experiments. Real data tests illustrate the advantage of JAMIE over a strategy that analyzes individual datasets separately.
