The SCOOP  (Simple Comparison Of Outputs Program), software allows the comparison of families of proteins. SCOOP stands for Simple Comparison Of Outputs Program. The software provides an alternative method to profile-profile comparison. The method is conceptually simple yet provides results that are comparable with other state of the art tools.
