CURE 1.1
:: DESCRIPTION
CURE (Cytidine-to-Uridine Recognizing Editor) is a computational tool which predicts C-to-U RNA editing sites using evolutionary information. The users of CURE are required to enter ONLY ONE GENOMIC SEQUENCE. There is no restriction to the sequence length or other additional requirement to the sequence. CURE is also a robust algorithm which can work out almost every correct result when the input seqnece contains about 5% errors (include insertion, deletion, substitution at some critical site).
