PconsD is a very fast method for blind estimation of the objective quality (similarity to the native structure) of predicted models of protein structures (model quality assessment). It relies on stream computing algorithms for distance matrix comparison and is implemented in Python and OpenCL. It is designed to work on GPUs and has been tested on nVIDA GTX 460 and 560 platforms.
