OrthoExon is a tool developed for finding orthologous exons between two eukaryotic species based on orthologous gene annotation. In OrthoExon, exons from different transcripts of orthologous genes are grouped to compare with each other. OrthoExon allows the user to define orthologous genes, taking gene sequences and annotation as input, to find one to one exon orthologous and a set of exons with possible split/fusion events.
