MetaTM 1.1

:: DESCRIPTION

MetaTM is a consensus method for predicting transmembrane (TM) topologies. It is based on support vector machine models and combines the results of six TM topology predictors and two signal peptide predictors. MetaTM is available as a DAS server. UseĀ DASher to query protein IDs and display MetaTM’s results.
