MACCU (Multi-Array Correlation Computation Utility) is a tool kit that computes co-expression clusters among any sets of genes (sizes been tested up to thousands) using a PC. In addition to computing clusters, Maccu fishes potential co-expressed genes for a given bait set. All clustering results and fishing results are saved in a simple .graph format. All .graph files can be further processed via the graph-level operations so that we can compare graphs made based on different conditions or based on different reference data.
