CPFP (Central Proteomics Facilities Pipeline) provides an intuitive web interface for facility staff and clients allowing datasets to be analysed with multiple search engines, their results then combined. The pipeline supports labelled, and label-free quantitation. All results are stored in a database, allowing them to be interrogated quickly and easily. Facilities can upload and process data before granting access to the client, reducing the time taken to disseminate results effectively. The pipeline is MS platform independent, allowing standardisation of analysis across MS instrument from different vendors.
